Most of the homes we work on sit between downtown and the Sumas Mountain side — older ranchers and split-levels in central neighbourhoods, character homes around McMillan, and the newer builds across East Abbotsford and Auguston. Every one of them wears its age differently. The ’70s and ’80s ranchers usually need their kitchens opened up. The newer suburban homes usually need their basements finished. The character homes — every one is a different conversation.
We’re a small operation by design. Jonathan Van Dyke runs every project personally, which means you deal with one person from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. No handoffs to a project manager you’ve never met. No subcontractors who don’t know what was agreed to.
