The newer subdivisions around Willoughby and Walnut Grove are full of growing families who need a real second home tucked into the basement — for aging parents, for a returning adult kid, sometimes for both. The older streets around Murrayville, Brookswood and Fort Langley have character homes that want their kitchens opened up or their main baths rebuilt from scratch. Different projects, same approach.
